Terms of Service
These terms describe how the MVP should be used for personal tracking and reflection, not professional diagnosis.
Permitted use
Use the product to upload your own skin progress records, compare before and after photos, and generate private progress summaries. Do not upload photos of other people unless you have clear permission and the legal right to process them.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for only uploading photos you have the right to store and analyze.
Payments
The MVP can be connected to Stripe later. Until paid plans are enabled, no payment entitlement is required to use the local test experience.
Fair use and limits
Free and paid plan limits may apply to projects, photos, exports, AI reports, and visual AI checks. Attempts to bypass account, quota, or privacy controls may lead to suspension.
